Pressure is one of the two most basic parameters of the jack hydraulic system, which determines the working performance of the hydraulic system to a large extent. The pressure regulation faults are as follows: when the pressure of the jack hydraulic system is adjusted, 

(1) the system pressure cannot be determined at all and there is no pressure at all;

(2) although the pressure can be adjusted higher, it cannot be adjusted to the maximum; 

(3) the pressure cannot be adjusted lower. It's always high voltage.


Troubleshooting methods for jack failure:

1. Check whether the pump has flow output or the output flow is insufficient. If the rotation direction of the hydraulic pump is wrong, it can be solved through the relevant knowledge of the hydraulic pump.

2. Check whether the pressure regulating valves such as the relief valve are faulty. For example, if the overflow valve spool is stuck in the overflow position, the system will always overflow; if the discharge valve spool is stuck in the discharge position, the system will always be unloading, and the system pressure will not increase.

3. Check the directional control valve. The valve element of the reversing valve does not move into place, causing the pressure oil chamber and return oil chamber to cascade.

4. Check the actuator. The locking nut connecting the piston and piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder loosens, and the piston runs out of the piston rod, causing the two cavities of the hydraulic cylinder to connect to each other.
