Oil jacks include integrated oil jacks, horizontal jacks, claw jacks and separate jacks. So what precautions should we take when using oil jacks?
1. The center of gravity of the heavy object should be moderate, the focus of the oil jack should be reasonably selected, and the bottom should be flat. At the same time, the soft and hard conditions of the ground should be considered, whether the tough wood should be filled, and whether the placement is stable to avoid weight sinking or tilting.
2. After the oil jack is lifted, the heavy object should be firmly supported with a support in time, and the jack should not be used as a support.
3. If multiple oil jacks need to be lifted at the same time, in addition to the correct placement of the jacks, a multi-top diverter valve should be used, the load of each jack should be balanced, and attention should be paid to keeping the lifting speed synchronized. It is also necessary to consider the possibility that the ground may fall due to uneven weight to prevent the danger caused by weight lifting tilt.
4. When using, first connect the oil jack quick connector to the top, then select the position and tighten the drain screw on the oil pump to work. Lower the piston rod, slightly loosen the fuel pump handwheel in the counterclockwise direction, and unload the cylinder, the piston rod will gradually decrease.
